This can happen due to lag with your application and/or device, or a random glitch that occurred upon importing your file into your note taking app.

Please first re-download the planner file and reimport it into your app to see if the issue is still occurring.

If you recently deleted page(s) from the planner it could break the link if the deleted page was tied to it. Please be careful while deleting pages as this might cause hyperlinks to break and you will need to reload the entire planner.

Recover the pages from the trash bin or redownload & import a fresh copy of the planner.

After clicking on the download button your template will start downloading automatically. Depending on the setting of your device it might ask you where you want to save the files. If you have some folder set to download destination as default, you files will be saved there. Check your browser download history to locate the folder it was saved to.

Use other browser. If you were trying to download via Google Chrome try Safari and vice versa.

Unfortunately, this can happen to note taking apps you are using.

1. Restart the app.
2. Restart the device.
3. Try to delete/reinstall the app.
